(I should note that these are all theories based on data I have gotten from APB:Db, and what I have analyzed ... in other words it may be wrong)
So today I found myself looking at some of the weapon mods for APB on APB:Db when I noticed some new mods I had never seen before. Well I decided to click on them to look into them more. What I ended up finding was more then just some mods details, but 6 new contacts that have yet to be released.

Now some of these contacts should come as no surprise as their names have been mentioned before, info has been leaked, but some are not so common ... even better, I know what each one looks like.
Lucas Van Rooyen & Lynette Casey
Lucas and Lynette are probably going to be the first of these new contacts we will be seeing in game, most likely in the infamous 1.10 patch. I say that because out of all the six contacts I found, they are the only two who contain actual icon images (like those you find in game to represent a contact), and are also the only two contacts currently in the game files out of the six (from what I have found). It appears they are destined for Waterfront, and just like the previously added contacts Devil Dog and Tiptoe, they will have 20 levels.
Lucas Van Rooyen - Blood Rose
The following image was extracted from the in-game files. I haven't been able to find a better one yet.
Lynette Casey - Prentiss Tiger
This is a rendering I found online of Lynette. The file data for this photo said it was created back on May 5th, 2010.
That date might seem irrelevant, but that's over a month before the original APB went retail (in other words it wasn't in beta anymore).
Meaning this contact has been around for a long time (and developed).
For the record the original APB went retail on June 29, 2010 (accord to Wikipedia).
Birth & Ernst 'Mule' Templeton
Birth and Templeton were the next two I stumbled on. From what I have seen, I am going to assume that these two will be the last of the six contacts released. For starters almost all the mods they unlock currently have the default icon, and no description. Also some of the vehicles they unlock are 4-slot versions, while some of the other contacts unlock the 3-slot version. However when they do finally make their appearance they are bound for Waterfront, and contain 20 levels.
Birth - Blood Roses
This rendering was found in the same place as Lynette, and has the exact same creation date (so another contact that's been around for awhile).
Ernst 'Mule' Templeton - Prentiss Tigers
Awhile back GamersFirst released a YouTube video called "1.8.0 Weapon Skins". In the video you see a a rather muscular character (okay this guy looked like he popped steroid pills like PEZ). Well if you look to where player's name would usually be displayed in APB, you'll find this character has the name "Templeton".
This same looking character appeared in an image Omachabox released awhile back, which is where this picture was cropped out of.

Gumball & Aletta Cadagan
There are the last two contacts, I found, and I am guessing they will be the second group release into APB. They both are planned to join their fellow Criminals and Enforcers in Financial and have 20 levels like all the others.
Gumball - G-Kings
Just like Birth and Lynette, this rendering came from the same place and just like the other two, contain the same creation date.
However this is not the only occurrence Gumball has shown up in.

Aletta Cadagan - Praetorians
I am pretty sure this is Aletta. If you didn't recognize, this image is cropped from the same image Templeton's photo came from.
If you look at the full wallpaper (Click Here to see it), you'll see there are four characters. You can easily identify Devil Dog, and I pointed out who is believed to be Templeton.
That leaves two character. Well if you look at the one female, you'll realize this is Lynette, leaving just one character. I had a feeling this might be Aletta, and after looking at description of Aletta, it mentions she lost her eye making me pretty sure this is her.
So it appears GamersFirst has some big plans for the future. It has been awhile since the APB community has seen some new contact (over 6 months), so we should probably see at least one of these pairs soon.
It also has to make you wonder how many more other contacts GamersFirst is sitting on. Seeing as Lynette, Birth, and Gumball all seem to point back to the RTW days, and let's not forget Simon Tran and Pagan Bloodrose were removed from Waterfront.
I also have images that hint to other possible contacts we have yet to see (I wouldn't be suprised if most of them have already been designed and are sitting around like the Lynette, Birth, and Gumball).
